Despite the gloomy headlines throughout the fourth quarter, most major bourses stopped moving lower by mid-November. The Fund scales in exposure as good reward/risk ratios develop. The secular trend would indicate fading rallies as the financial panic fully abates and fundamentals begin to factor the next phases of a deepening recession. If the markets can climb a "wall of worry", the Fund seeks exposure to selected individual stocks with the propensity to outperform.
