The designation of “gambling services” was originally in Table 2 of the Bill and has now been moved to Table 3 and its scope expanded. Table 2 previously contained only one designated service of “providing a gambling service, where the service is provided in the course of carrying on a business.” In the original exposure draft there was a definition of “gambling service” in section 5, which has now been deleted.....
